Returns

RETURNS POLICY:

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may reach out to our shop within 10 days after arrival for a full product refund or replacement by sending an email to returns@hellahearts.com. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping, if applicable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received and either shipped back to us or other proof provided, at Hella Hearts Shop's discretion. There are certain other situations where only partial refunds are granted. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind, due to our made to order production process.
